Matter of Balance Classes The start time for the remainder of the sessions is 9:30 am. We will be meeting in the Wright Center on Monday, May 6, and return to Page Hall for the remaining classes. Continue to wear attire that is appropriate for movement and bring a non-single use, water bottle.
Graduation Season It is the season for graduations. Do you have a loved one you would like to see celebrated in our Sunday bulletin and June Plumbline? There will be recognition in the bulletin on Sunday, May 19, with a reception following in Page Hall. Please email their name, date of graduation, degree they will receive, honors earned, immediate plans after graduation, and if they will be in attendance on the 19th (we need to know if they’ll be attending asap!). Please email Kristi Parot in the church office at secretary@opc.phxcoxmail.com. All graduation information is due by May 10.
Habitat for Humanity Have you noticed in the Sunday Worship announcements there are photos from the Habitat for Humanity build in which OPC is participating? There are new photos every week so you’re able to see the progress that is being made. We hope you enjoy the visual journey that will lead to a new home for the Ntiyamira family!

SAGES Tuesday, May 14 is the date for the next SAGE’s luncheon. Check-in begins at 11:00 am with lunch at 11:30 am. The presenter will be Darrin Julian, an Urban Wildlife Specialist with the Arizona Game and Fish Department. You don’t want to miss it!
Electronic Sign for OPC On Thursday, May 16, at 1:30 pm, there will be a virtual hearing held with the City of Phoenix concerning the installation of an electronic message sign at the front of the church. If you’re interested in attending the meeting online, the login information is: https://www.phoenix.gov/cityclerk/publicmeetings/notices. There is a sign along the curb if you’d like to copy the QR code for the meeting.
